All sales are final. By enrolling in a Luminaries program, purchasing merchandise, or accessing digital content, you acknowledge and agree to this No-Refund Policy.

1. Tuition & Program Fees

Tuition, deposits, session fees, and payment plan installments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once payment is submitted, spots are reserved and materials are allocated. This applies whether or not the enrolled child attends any or all sessions.

2. Missed Sessions

No credit, refund, or make-up will be issued for sessions missed due to illness, travel, weather, scheduling conflicts, or any other reason within or outside your control.

3. Withdrawal

If you choose to withdraw from a program for any reason, no refund will be issued for fees already paid, and any remaining installments on a payment plan remain due in full.

4. Program Changes

Luminaries reserves the right to reschedule sessions, substitute facilitators, adjust locations, or modify curriculum. Such changes do not entitle you to a refund. In the rare event that Luminaries cancels an entire program outright and cannot offer a comparable substitute, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a credit toward future programming.

5. Merchandise, Uniforms & Wunder Mix™

Physical goods (uniforms, patches, badges, Wunder Mix™ kits, and related merchandise) are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges except where a product arrives defective or damaged, in which case a replacement of the same item may be provided at our discretion if reported within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.

6. Digital Content

Lesson plans, downloadable field guides, and other digital content are non-refundable once access has been granted.

7. Removal for Conduct

Participants removed from a program for behavioral, safety, or policy violations are not entitled to any refund.

8. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback in violation of this Policy will result in immediate termination of enrollment and may be disputed with the payment processor using this Policy as evidence of your agreement.
