Luminaries programs involve craft tools (scissors, needles, hammers, glue, paints), outdoor activity, physical movement, and shared spaces. By enrolling, you acknowledge that participation carries inherent risks including minor injury, allergic reaction, illness, or property damage, and you voluntarily assume all such risks on behalf of yourself and your child.

4. Release & Waiver of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you, on behalf of yourself, your child, and your heirs, release, waive, and discharge Luminaries Creative Scouts, its founders, employees, contractors, facilitators, volunteers, partner venues, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from or related to participation in Luminaries programs, whether based on negligence or otherwise.

5. Medical Authorization

You authorize Luminaries staff to seek emergency medical care for your child if you cannot be reached, and you agree to be financially responsible for any such care.

6. Allergies & Health Conditions

You are responsible for disclosing all relevant allergies, medical conditions, and medications at enrollment and keeping this information current. Luminaries will make reasonable efforts to accommodate disclosed needs but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
