Every Luminary belongs to a pod of up to twelve scouts. They meet weekly for sixteen weeks, share the same Field Guide, earn the same badges, and stand together at the final Art Show.
Small on purpose
Twelve scouts, one lead mentor. Small enough that every child gets attention, big enough for real collaboration and healthy friction.
Rooted in a place
Pods meet in one neighborhood, at one studio, on the same day each week. The room becomes theirs, and so does the crew.
Growing together
Pods progress through the same four phases and share the same milestones. Nobody advances alone, and nobody gets left behind.
